sensations,
at
the
center
of
disturbing
stress
levels
after
exposure
to
a
traumatic
event.
Recent
neuroscience
research
demonstrates
that
these
intrusive
memories
can
be
reduced
by
engaging
in
20+
minutes
of
mental
rotation
exercises
within
a
72-hour
time
window
after
an
event.
The
mental
rotation
exercises
in
this

have
been
designed
to
reduce
intrusive
memories.
These

are

if
